Beniamin Androne
Practice Manager
Beniamin began his career as a Dental Nurse in 2015 working in both NHS and private dental clinics before moving into Practice Management in 2017. During his time as a practice manager, he has worked closely with implant specialists, orthodontists, and cosmetic dentists to deliver outstanding customer service and make sure treatments are going smoothly and progressing on time.
Shortly after he gained his diploma in Dental Practice Manager in 2018, Beniamin started studying Economics and Business at the Birkbeck University as part of his life-long learning commitment and desire to have an impact wherever he works.
Beniamin has joined DRMR as Practice Manage working closely with the Dr Manrina Rhode, clinical team, and admin team in creating and delivering an exceptional patient experience. He believes in taking an individualised approached when delivering patient care to help patients feel welcomed and confident in our journey with them to the perfect smile.
Outside the clinic, Beniamin enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is also a musician playing guitar, drums, and ukulele.
